Chapter History
Delta Kappa Epsilon's Nu Zeta chapter at Pace University holds the distinction of being the oldest and longest-standing fraternity on the Pleasantville campus. Founded on Sunday, April 24th, 1983, by fourteen local founding fathers, Nu Zeta has stood strong for over four decades.
From its earliest days, the chapter set out to establish a fraternity experience that was more than just social. The founders envisioned a brotherhood built on loyalty, character, and academic excellence — principles that continue to define Nu Zeta today.
Over the years, Nu Zeta has weathered the changes of campus life, outlasting countless other organizations to become a true cornerstone of Pleasantville's Greek system — shaping the landscape of campus life through tradition, leadership, and brotherhood.
"What began as a group of ambitious young men quickly grew into a recognized and respected fraternity presence — one that endures to this day." NU ZETA CHAPTER · PACE UNIVERSITY
Our Foundation
A bond forged through shared experience, mutual respect, and lifelong commitment to one another beyond the years at Pace.
Academic excellence is not optional — it is the standard. Nu Zeta men are expected to lead in the classroom as much as in life.
We develop men who step forward, take responsibility, and leave every room — and every institution — better than they found it.
Alumni Network
Delta Kappa Epsilon has always been known for producing leaders who leave a lasting mark. Nationally, DKE has initiated more U.S. Presidents than any other fraternity — a testament to the caliber of men the brotherhood attracts.
Locally, Nu Zeta has built a network of alumni working at Deloitte, KPMG, NYPD, and countless other prominent organizations — providing mentorship, connections, and a living legacy for current and future brothers.
Giving Back
Delta Kappa Epsilon is committed to giving back on both a national and local scale. Nationally, DKE supports causes tied to veterans, education, and community service across North America.
At Pace Pleasantville, Nu Zeta has hosted and contributed to numerous philanthropy events, including fundraisers, community service initiatives, and partnerships with local charities that directly benefit the Pleasantville and Westchester community.
One of our most passionate philanthropic commitments — supporting those who need it most in our community and making a real impact beyond the campus gates.

Integrity, respect, and a genuine commitment to your brothers and community.
